All spa appointments are to prepaid before appointment will be scheduled.
48 hour notice is required to reschedule a Spa appointment.
48 hour notice is required for Spa appointment cancellations to receive refund.
For more than 2 changes of a scheduled appointment there is a $10.00 charge per person
There will be no refunds or rescheduling of missed appointments. You may give your appointment to another to use in your place at the time scheduled.
Gift certificates from missed appointments will be forfeited or may be given by you to another to use in your place at the time scheduled.
METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR SPA APPOINTMENTS
Cash, check, or major credit cards are accepted.
Credit card by phone is preferred or in person (please call first) or by mail.
PLEASE NOTE If mailing payment, appointment will be scheduled after payment is received.
Tips may be given in the form of Cash or check to your Practitioner/therapist.
Are not refundable for cash.
May be transferred to another person.
Will be honored for the dollar value and will be applied to services at the current menu price.
