We believe it is the integrity of the services and the skill of her amazing staff.  The products used are all natural and custom hand-blended with many of the herbs grown on site!

   Still in the same great location since 1978, Pamyla’s salon•spa•retreat introduced progressive salon services and brought the first massage and spa services to the area, opening the door for others to follow.

   You will be welcomed into the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of
tropical décor and hand-painted murals creatively designed by
Pamyla’s artistic husband, Garry Madonna.

Pamyla’s is truly an oasis for the mind, body and spirit--
soft music, heavenly aromas, herbal teas and treats.
   Cleanliness and sanitation is impeccable whether you choose candle-lit rooms or year round outdoor services in private garden huts by the pond and waterfall, gently lit with evening twinkle lights and serenaded by the sounds of nature from the tiny resident tree frogs tucked away in their homes amid flowers and herbs by the pond. Enjoy the unique outdoor, private garden baths and rain shower or the indoor rock waterfall grotto shower.

Policies

OUR GOAL

  • Our Integrity , skills, and natural ingredients promote relaxation and harmony to enhance your inner beauty and well being.     
  • All clients and guests should be in good physical health and will assume responsibility for being forthright with information to the contrary.
  • Our services are not in any way meant to be used as medical treatment or advice.
  • We appreciate your support by excluding smoking and alcohol on our premises.
  • For optimum relaxation please SILENCE your MOBILE DEVICES while visiting with us.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • All Spa appointments are to be prepaid before appointment will be scheduled.
  • 48 hour notice is required to reschedule a Spa appointment.
  • 48 hour notice is required for Spa appointment cancellations to receive refund.
  • For more than 2 changes of a scheduled appointment, there is a $10.00 charge per person.
  • There will be no refunds or rescheduling of missed appointments.  You may give your appointment to another to use in your place, at the time scheduled.
  • Gift certificates from missed appointments will be forfeited (or may be given by you to another to use in your place, at the time scheduled).

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR SPA APPOINTMENTS

  • Cash, check, or major credit cards are accepted.
  • Credit card by phone is preferred, or in person (please call first), or by mail (please note: if mailing payment, appointment will be scheduled after payment is received).
  • GRATUITIES are NOT included in the price of your service. The standard consideration is 20%. Tips may be given in the form of cash or check to your practitioner/therapist or may be applied to your credit card when paying for your services.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Are not refundable for cash.
  • May be transferred to another person.
  • Will be honored for the dollar value and can be applied to services at the current menu price.
  • Refunds made to the purchaser of a Gift Certificate purchased on line, will be refunded the amount, LESS the processing fees of 15%.

     

“THANK YOU THURSDAY” GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Are redeemable for $50 in payment toward Spa or Salon services or Packages with a value of $75 or greater, per each person using a certificate.
  • Certificates may be used for Individual, Couple’s or Group services.
  • Maximum of one “Thank You Thursday” Gift Certificate may be purchased and used per person.
  • “Thank You Thursday” Gift Certificates cannot be used for Retail Products.
  • “Thank You Thursday” Gift Certificates cannot be used for payment toward the purchase of Pamyla’s SALON · SPA · RETREAT Gift Certificate.

ALL OVERNIGHT STAYS

  • All overnight stays are to be paid in advance in full.  Cash, check, or major credit cards are accepted.
  • The price of the package, less a 50% booking fee, will be refunded for cancellations or reschedules.  Payment is 100% non-refundable when cancellations or reschedules are made  less than 14 days in advance.
  • Must be 21 or over.  No children.  No additional guests without first making booking arrangements.
  • Overnight guests are not supervised and use the facility at their own risk.
